Armature Works is Tampa's premier adaptive reuse event venue, a lovingly restored 1910 streetcar repair facility on the banks of the Hillsborough River that now anchors the Heights district — one of the city's most dynamic neighborhoods. The grand main hall features original brick walls, soaring timber-truss ceilings, and polished concrete floors illuminated by dramatic pendant lighting, creating a raw industrial setting that doubles as a blank canvas for any wedding aesthetic. The outdoor riverside terrace and lawn add a natural Florida element to the event flow, with the Hillsborough River and downtown skyline visible at dusk. Capacity reaches 1,200 for cocktail events, making Armature Works equally suited to intimate gatherings and large-scale celebrations.
