Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden is a 450-acre botanical garden on the shores of Lake Wylie in Belmont, 15 miles west of Charlotte, offering some of the most naturally magnificent ceremony settings in the Piedmont. The Cottage Garden's ornate iron gazebo, perennial borders, and reflecting pool create the garden's signature ceremony backdrop. The Trellis Ballroom — a purpose-built glass and stone hall overlooking the Hydrangea Terrace — accommodates receptions for up to 300 guests with panoramic garden views. Evening exclusive-use events allow access to all four miles of illuminated garden pathways, the five-acre perennial garden, and multiple water features for extraordinary cocktail hour exploration. A dedicated events team coordinates preferred vendors year-round.
