The Chadwick runs eight event spaces under one roof in Wexford, north of Pittsburgh, and works all-inclusive — catering, bar and staff come as one package rather than a rental plus a list of vendors to chase. Numbers stretch from around 100 to 500, so it handles both a mid-sized wedding and a large one without the room ever feeling wrong. Outside there is a patio seating 200 and a covered rustic pavilion seating 160, which means an outdoor ceremony already has a roof over it and no tent needs booking against the forecast. Tables and chairs are included, and the indoor rooms carry chandeliers and neutral finishes that photograph without fighting a colour scheme.
